Return & Refund Policy

At Xavreo, we want every order to feel elegant, thoughtful, and true to the quality you expect from a refined women’s fashion brand. If your item is not quite right, we are happy to review eligible return requests according to the policy below.

Please read this policy carefully before starting a return. Customers must contact us first at support@xavreo.com before sending any item back.

Return Window

Return requests must be started within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, the 7-day return window begins when the final package in your order is marked as delivered.

Approved returns must follow the return instructions provided by Xavreo. Returns sent without approval, sent after the return window, or sent without following our return instructions may be declined.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in the original clear garment packaging when applicable.
  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined or may be subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, please contact us at support@xavreo.com with your order number and return request details. Please do not send any item back until your return has been reviewed and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, product integrity, and final-sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear.
  • Bodysuits.
  • Intimates and lingerie.
  • Jewelry.
  • Beauty products.
  • Face masks.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags or required packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return an eligible item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Xavreo is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or sent without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@xavreo.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The item received.
  • The damaged or incorrect area, if applicable.
  • The packaging.
  • The shipping label.

Please do not return, discard, wash, alter, or use the item until we have reviewed your request and provided next steps.

If the issue is approved, we will help resolve it according to the details of your order and item availability.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. After the refund is issued, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@xavreo.com with your order number.
